Learn more about your legal guarantee rights
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
Whether you’re out and about on a cooler day or keeping active and need a little extra warmth, this Lite Ashwood Ribbed Turnover Hat in Khaki is guaranteed to keep you warm, featuring soft yarn and a ribbed material with a basic turnover cuff.
Heat Holders lite thermal hats are designed to keep you comfortably warm on chilly days; perfect for Spring, when you’re out and about. We believe that whatever you’re doing, you should feel relaxed and comfortable, so you can enjoy every moment. Our Lite thermal hats offer the same dependable warmth as our original thermal hats, but in a lighter, more versatile style.
While many hats are made purely with looks in mind, ours are thoughtfully designed to bring together both style and comfort. Using our proven thermal expertise, we’ve created a range of beautifully crafted hats that not only look great but feel incredibly soft, lightweight and easy to wear throughout the day.
Every Heat Holders hat is created with our two-part thermal construction. The stylish outer layer is knitted with our super-soft Heat Holders thermal yarn, bringing you reliable insulation and protection from the elements. But the real secret of our warmth lies inside: our unique HeatWeaver® insulation is a plush fur-like thermal lining that traps warm air close to your head. This innovative lite design is half lined, striking the perfect balance between thickness and warmth. The two-part construction creates a thermal cavity between the layers that holds in even more warmth, maximising thermal performance.
Size: Approximately 8¼" (20.9cm) high, 8" (20.3cm) wide. These sizes are taken when the hat is laid flat and unstretched.
Machine Washable at 30°C. Heat Holders can be tumble dried but are happiest when line dried.
Fibre Composition: Outer: 100% Acrylic. Lining: 100% Polyester
