Payment and Shipping
The following terms apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (gross value of goods):
€3.49
For orders of €40.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
We do not deliver to automated parcel lockers (*Packstationen*) or post office branches.
International Deliveries:
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the order value (gross value of goods):
Small parcel (*Warenpost*): €6.90
Standard parcel shipping: €10.90
For international orders of €100.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective product listing, goods will be delivered within 1–4 business days for orders within Germany, and within 3–8 business days for international orders, following the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed-upon advance payment, from the time you initiate the payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
