IOMI FootNurse® thermal socks have been designed to help people living with Raynaud’s and alleviate the symptoms associated with the condition. Non-slip grippers on the sole of each sock keep you steady when walking on polished wood or floor tiles.

Heat Holders Dual Layer are among the warmest socks we produce. Using our unique manufacturing process, we put two Heat Holders Lite socks inside each other and bind them together to create a super thermal sock with twice the thermal protection and a huge TOG rating of 3.1. That makes Dual Layer even warmer than our Original socks and over eight times warmer than a basic cotton sock.

They keep my feet very warm but they are expensive. As they are very thick they need a size larger shoes/slippers. Also care is required putting them on to avoid snagging the inner sock. Lastly they compacted themselves when machine washed and it took some sorting out.

Terrible design

I have worn heat holders slipper socks for years but these extra warm Raynard's ones have a major design flaw - the two layers come apart all the time, making them slither around dangerously as you walk, and making them difficult to put on. I tried to return the second paid that was still in the packaging but the return process on the website was broken.
